Shipping

We ship our items via DHL (domestic shipments) or UPS. For deliveries within Germany, shipping takes 1-5 working days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment). If you order several items with different delivery times at the same time, the delivery time depends on the item with the longest delivery time. Please note the article-specific information in the online shop.

Please also note that this is only a guideline and shipping can be affected by external circumstances at any time. We generally do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Germany

The standard shipping for deliveries within Germany costs irrespective of the weight and size of the parcel 5,95 € (inkl. MwSt.). Parcel runtime orientation (DHL): 1-2 business days

A reduced shipping fee of 3,90 € (incl. VAT) applies if only products are ordered that can be sent with "DHL Warenpost" due to their small dimensions and low weight. If applicable, this will be displayed in the shopping cart. Runtime orientation (DHL): 1-2 business days

EU Countries

Shipping to EU Countries costs irrespective of the weight and size of the parcel 16.60 € (plus VAT, the resulting costs are displayed when entering the delivery country during the ordering process). Shipping time 3-10 working days (parcel runtime orientation (DHL): 2-5 working days). A reduced shipping fee of 7,00 € applies if you only order products that can be sent with "DHL Warenpost International Premium" due to their small dimensions and low weight. If applicable, this will be displayed in the shopping cart.

Other Countries

For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which you must pay to the customs or tax authorities.

Switzerland / Great Britain: Flat rate shipping fee of 26,90 €, Shipping time 2-9 working days (parcel runtime orientation (DHL): 4 working days); Reduced shipping rate of 11,00 € for the exclusive shipment of products that can be shipped with "DHL Warenpost International Premium" due to their small dimensions and low weight. Norway: Flat rate shipping fee of 24,90 €, shipping time 8-13 working days (parcel runtime orientation (DHL): 7-8 working days); Reduced shipping rate of 10,50 € for the exclusive shipment of products that can be shipped with "DHL Warenpost International Premium" due to their small dimensions and low weight.
